| Bio: | ON UPDATES This journal is meant to slowly replace the one by the same name over at livejournal. Little by little, I'll repost all the relevant entries from there here, although for the moment only the latest pieces have been reposted. (Note that this should be transparent, as reposted entries will be backdated.) Now that that's said... ON CONTENTS Mostly fanfiction. (Although there have been signs of vids and other graphics stuffs.) Mostly in English. Lots of boys getting it on together, in various levels of details. There is seldom a post in this journal that doesn't involve at least two people of the male persuasion having a not-so-platonic relationship, or well on their way to having one. But sometimes it's girls, for a bit of variety. There might even be some het if you squint hard enough. Or, who knows, even gen. But mostly, it's about the boiluv. If that squicks you, I have no clue what you're doing here, and you're welcome to hit the return button/close the tab/close the window/turn off your internet/ritually burn your hard drive. Now that this is settled, a few more words. Ratings: Because I lack the sort of imagination required to make up an entirely new, original and unpretentious rating system, I'm using the god ol' G->NC-17 one, which was quite fashionable when I entered English-speaking fandom. Also, in multichaptered fics, there is only one rating, that covers everything. Which means that a WiP labelled NC-17 can still be G-rated. Summaries: are posted when I pimp a fic to a community, but not here. I believe the rest of the header gives enough basic info to decide to read or not. I'm sorry if that leads to anyone being forever traumatized, but really there are some things that a summary will do no justice to *coughchibificcough*. Genre: Not here either. I usually try to go dor some depth, and categorizing makes me feel trapped. Plus, it wakes up some bad memories from ff.net times. However, major things such as Big Bad Deaths, rape (probably won't ever happen, but again, you never know), torture and the likes will be mentionned in a warning note. Fandoms: The list of fandoms I've written for are in the interest list. Be warned that in some cases it means nothing more than a drabble. ON FEEDBACK I don't ask for feedback when I post, be it on communities or on this journal. However, this really needs to be said, if only once : I'm a slut for it. Each post made here ends up with me refreshing the page and my email compulsively for twenty-four hours (unless Real Life happens, in which case I molest every computer I see 'just to check something'). Each review makes me grin stupidly, and a long, thought-out comment makes my day. Not to mention how proud I feel when lurkers get out of lurkdom to drop a word here. Sometimes Real Life gets in the way of Fanfic, but I try hard to reply to every comment, if only to say 'thanks for commenting'. Constructive criticism is quite welcome. Depending on how it's presented, I might immediately jump to another journal to bitch about it on a very tight filter, but once the bout of self-rigtheousness is gone, it will sink in. Pointing out spelling and grammar mistakes, as well as major discrepancies is a very nice thing to do. Please don't be afraid to be the bearer of bad news. I'm sensible, really. Although of course, 'ZOMG U SUxxOrs [character A] EEZ NOT GHEI' is another problem entirely. Also, inspiring fic or art in someone else is one of my greatest joys, so do tell me if that happens. I'll pimp. ON ARCHIVING This is the main archiving place. Everything I post somewhere will be posted here first. I try to keep the memories and tag list in good order, which despite LJ's tendency to claim that 'this feature is temporarily unavailable' should be enough for anyone to find what they want at any give time. Some completed stories can also be found on my ff.net account. DOWNLOADS I am currently (June 2007) in the process of converting some of my fic to pdf format. Download links will be given in the headers, but everything will be available at this address. (Note that feedback is still very appreciated, and I'd enjoy knowing who downloads what.) ON FRIENDSLIST It is quite rare at the moment, but sometimes something might get friendslocked, because it has serious contents or because I feel like being elitist. Some things are not pimped out to communities and can only be found here, at the source, so if you like my stuff I encourage you to friend this journal. There won't be spam. That's what this journal was made for, really. Anyone who friends this journal will be friended back quickly. But I do not read the flist on a regular basis. Sometimes I'll log in and check one journal or another out of curiosity, but that's it. Friending this because you want feedback of your own is not a good idea. I rant, rave, post random spazzing, get emotional, make inside jokes and so on. Mostly it has fandom, sometimes it has real life, sometimes it has politics. Everything goes there, so if for some reason you're interested in me as a person, that's where you should go.
